Each day includes a gentle 3-4-minute guided audio focused on awareness, body listening, and conscious pause.
The intention is not transformation, but integration noticing how reactions form and where choice becomes possible. This is not mindset work. It’s not emotional control. And it’s not about getting it right. It’s about learning to relate to yourself with steadiness and honesty.
